The Homes Of Triple S Ranch

Home Overview of Property Equestrian Facility and Slide Show Production-Possibilities Houses Trophy Room and Grounds Links

The combined Triple S Mountain Horse Ranch properties have four homes, with two additional potential homesites.  Triple Springs and Antelope Creek, also each have one existing residence, with the Triple S equestrian facility property having two view homes.

The existing homes are modern, spacious, and in excellent condition.  For a grand estate home, the home sites of the Triple S and Triple Springs ranches are described below.

The Triple S Mountain Horse Ranch Homes

Situated on a rise above the pastures and horse facility is a residential complex with beautiful views of the property and valley through tall pine trees.  There are three separate living units in the complex, tied together by a continuous red tile roof.

The Ranch House

The main ranch home boasts sweeping views.  There is a spacious, open floor plan for the living area, dining room and kitchen with beautiful hard wood floors.  Everyone loves to be in this home.

Each level has a bedroom and full bath.  The upper level is surrounded by decks, with parking on the same level.  There is superior storage and closet space.

The lower ground level has a separate sitting room, an atrium spa area that could be remodeled to be a third bedroom, interior laundry, bath with tub, shower and double sinks, and attached two-car garage.  The home is approximately 2500 sq. ft.  It is landscaped with gardens, sprinkled lawns and a fenced yard.

The Cottage and Addition

The "Cottage" is separate from the main ranch home by a covered carport.  The Cottage is a cozy and warm, two bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath home, built in 1998.  Extra-thick walls provide great insulation.  The Cottage is approximately 1300 square feet, with covered parking and extra storage.

The "Addition"

Built in 2002, The Addition consists of a luxurious master bedroom, bath, and sitting room suite.  It totals 1,160 square feet, with an additional 700 square feet of decking for wonderful outdoor living and views through the pines.  An outdoor kitchen tucked at the end of the deck, with refrigerator, grill, sink and microwave, makes this glorious living area practically self-sufficient.  Two-car covered parking and extra outside storage complete this area.

In summary, the entire living complex has five bedrooms, four living or sitting rooms, five car parking under roof and additional outside parking, four full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath, two indoor kitchens and one outdoor kitchen, and approximately 1000 sq. feet of decks.

The MJC Properties Home Sites

Above the existing homes, further up the wooded hillside that affords spectacular views, are separate 22 and 23 acre parcels.  The owners are currently initiating the process of applying for homesite approvals from the county for each of these parcels.  The first of these parcels has now been improved with a road and well.  Each boasts sweeping views of the beautiful valley, and is suitable for a custom, estate home.

The Triple Springs Ranch/Homesite

Should additional acreage be desired, the adjacent 183.22 acre Triple Springs Ranch provides an unmatched location for the luxury home of one's dreams.  The homesite is entirely private, and cannot see or be seen from the Triple S Mountain Horse Ranch homes or horse facility.  Homesite approval has been permanently granted, and has been improved and secured by the installation of a road, well, septic system and a 1000 sq .ft., 3/2 mobile home.

The mobile home is very livable, with an entirely renovated interior and a spacious, covered deck.

All of the property seen from the homesite has irrigation rights from the Rogue River Valley Irrigation District and the Medford Irrigation District, and the land is suitable for viticulture as well as the current grass hay crop.

The Home of Antelope Creek Ranch

A new 2000 sq. ft. home was built in 2002 for the 56 acre Antelope Creek Ranch.  Access is by separate gated entry from Meridian Road.  The home boasts wraparound decks, walls of windows for the wonderful country views, hardwood floors, and an open floor plan and soaring ceilings for the living areas.  The spacious master suite has a walk-in closet, separate entry from the deck, and spa tub in the bath.  Attached two-car garage.

Called the "Rainbow House" because of being ideally situated to see rainbows framing the Triple S pastures in the winter, this is the favorite guest home on the ranches.  Everyone who has stayed in this home has wanted to own it.
