guests, showing off trophies, ribbons and photos, entertaining small or large parties, as well as conducting business. You know you are in a very special place when

you turn in the main entrance.

The Office and Trophy Room

The office and trophy room on the boardwalk are an impressive first stop for any visit
to the ranch.

Sitting area for multi-media viewing

This welcoming space contains conference table and chairs, and custom, lighted cabinets on three walls to beautifully display trophies or collections.

and plenty of work and storage space.

Security is well provided for in facility planning.
After entry through a security gate, a camera tracks all
traffic into the complex from the arena roof. Two
infrared cameras monitor the foaling/lay up stalls for
viewing throughout the facility and homes. The facility is

wired for additional cameras which are viewed on the

networked computer system. All of the lights in the

complex can be turned on by telephone, providing clear

viewing of the horse barns and facility buildings from

the homes. The telephone can also control the main gate.

Outside lights throughout the complex have motion sensors.
